Melissa, sad that you said you don’t believe you will ever be happy. Because you will get exactly what you believe. If you don’t mind I will recommend some books that got me started on a new way of thinking. You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, and Change your Thoughts, Change your Life by Dr. Wayne Dryer. A little Time Line Therapy would be could also. I know cause I did it. Good Luck.

I Disagree
happiness comes when we predict out future to be good.
and we do something for our good future and sense it and feel it with our all body. it is not possible for feeling happy with no reason this is the most permanent reason we can ever feel.
